Data request

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or tell us to erase it. We’ll confirm you’re the person the data belongs to before we do either - usually by replying from the same email you enter below.

What each option does

• Access - we email you a machine-readable copy of every row we hold that ties back to your email or phone number.
• Erasure - we scrub your name, email, phone, and city from every lead we hold for you, and add your email and phone to our internal do-not-contact list so nothing you submit later re-creates the record. Some records we’re legally required to keep (consent proofs, financial history) stay in place, but they no longer point to you by name.

We aim to respond within 30 days, which is the shorter of the CCPA and GDPR deadlines.
